Italian Reds from Piemonte: Barbera, Dolcetto, & Nebbiolo grapes (wines may be produced anywhere)

Join us at the only BYOB winemaker dinner in town, for an amazing night of fine food, wine sharing, wine education, & fun social interaction! Bring a nice bottle of red wine made from Barbera, Dolcetto, or Nebbiolo grapes (extra points if from Italy!). Here’s the menu. Be sure to sign up early, see details below.
Evening’s Menu
Assorted paired cheeses from C’est Cheese
Gnocchi with Oyster Mushrooms & Braised Greens
Wine-Braised Lamb Shank with Medley of Tender Spring Vegetables
(vegetarian option available, please specify when reserving)
Chevre Cheesecake with Biscotti Crust
Cost per person is $50 plus tax/tip; advance reservations by credit card required. Please bring a nice bottle of the theme wine for each two attendees in your party, to share with others during the stand-up cheese hour. You are encouraged bring another (different) bottle to open at your table during the seated dinner portion of the eve. No corkage fees, of course! Seating is family style. Winemakers/owners Steve & Chrystal Clifton will bring a selection of their wines for us to enjoy, in addition to our tasting attendees’ wines.
